A. The Fair Board and Caribou County are not responsible for any accidents or damages during or prior to the parade.
B. The parade will begin organizing on Saturday, August 5, at 4:30 p.m. It will begin moving promptly at 5:30 p.m.
C. Must sign-in with parade personnel before lining up.
D. Parade lineup order is first come first serve. Horses line up on the backside (1st East Street) of the Grace Park. County, city, and state parade participants line up on 1st East on the north side of the 3rd North Street stop sign (north-east corner of the park). All others please line up on 3rd North, starting on the east side of 1st East Street.
E. The 2023 parade theme is “THE CARIBOU COUNTY FAIR - A FAMILY TRADITION“
F. Parade judging is at 5:00 p.m. sharp. Every parade participant who is in line by 5:00 pm is judged.

RULES
A.5:00 p.m.-Participants must be in line at the church.
B.5:10 p.m.-Judging begins-if not in line at this time, will not be judged
C.5:20 p.m.-Awards and pictures from Caribou County Sun
D.1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners receive cash awards.

E. All horses must be kept off the City Park lawn.
F.No motorcycles or motorized 3 or 4 wheelers unless driven by a licensed driver.
